Shipping Costs

❥ Standard delivery (3-7 business days) - $9 AUD
❥ Express delivery (1-3 business days) - $13 AUD

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD, within Australia (excludes large/bulky goods).

The discount will be automatically applied at the checkout, as long as the cart meets the following requirements;
 ❥ The order is above $150 AUD (excluding shipping)
 ❥ The shipping location must be within Australia

Please note: OH MIA BAMBINA reserves the right to cancel this offer for certain locations at their discretion, as there are some very remote locations that unfortunately are not available to our shipping services.

The large/bulky items listed above are sent via Standard Post with prices quoted at the checkout. If you would like your order to be sent with Express Post, please contact us and we will upgrade your order and quote the shipping cost separately.  

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 business days of receiving your order (excludes pre-orders).

If you require your order urgently, we recommend upgrading to Express. Your order will still dispatch within 2-4 business days, however, Australia Post’s Express delivery service is the fastest delivery method and you will receive your order faster than if choosing Standard delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please double check your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

Orders will not dispatch until payment has cleared. If you are paying via Bank Transfer, please keep this in mind.

PayPal eCheque payment method takes 6-10 days to clear. Orders will not dispatch until payments have cleared.

Shipping Delays

OH MIA BAMBINA cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by shipping providers.

We will always dispatch your parcels as stated above, unfortunately, there are times where shipping providers experience delays - this is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for this.

If your parcel is delayed more than 7 business days, please contact Australia Post or us.

 

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us via our Contact Form and quote your order number. 

We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.

International Orders

We currently only ship to New Zealand, Canada and UK.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees (if applicable). 

    New Zealand

    We currently offer Standard Shipping and Express options for New Zealand customers via Australian Post. The shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated upon checkout.

    Estimated Delivery Time: 9-15 business days** for metro areas of major cities.

    United Kingdom & Canada

    We currently offer Standard and Express Shipping with tracking via Australia Post. The shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated upon checkout.

    *Large/bulky goods are currently unavailable for international shipping.
