Refund policy
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to help us cover processing and restocking costs.
Shipping Costs
Original postage costs will not be reimbursed, nor will return postage costs, unless the item(s) are faulty. In this instance, postage will be incurred by OH MIA BAMBINA.
Refunds will not be granted for delayed delivery caused by shipping provider.
Sale & Discounted Items
Sale items or items purchased with a discount or on promotion are FINAL and cannot be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.
Restocking Fee
We accept returns within our policy window, but please be aware a 20% restocking fee applies to help us cover processing and restocking costs. We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Return Policy Conditions
At OH MIA BAMBINA we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item, provide a credit or refund your original method of payment (full price items only) provided that:
❥ You return the item within 10 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
❥ You produce your original OH MIA BAMBINA receipt when you return the item (emailed to you upon purchase)
❥ The item is in original saleable condition:
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, OH MIA BAMBINA reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
If your item is returned after 10 days, we may offer you store credit (at our discretion).
How To Make a Return

Please ensure that you send a copy of order confirmation / order number with your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
NOTE: Returns take up to 5-7 business days to process from the time the return has been delivered to us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, write to us via our Contact Form.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is a fault with the product please:
1. Write to us via our Contact Form with details, photos and proof of purchase within 48h of delivery. Upon inspection, we will notify you whether your return has been approved and how to send it back to us.
2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please package your item carefully when you send it to us.
We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
3. We will ask you whether you want the item to be replaced or refunded. If you are approved for a refund, we will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns without an authorisation will not be accepted.
